The aluminium framing system that allows shower enclosures and doors of varying sizes to be built to a professional standard with little or no skill. First introduced in 1985, it is today still helping enclose those awkward showers in many homes caravans and boats.

Although the system has its limitations in its basic form , with a little ingenuity many of our customers have adapted it to fit in all sorts of situations.

Built around a single extrusion of anodised or white aluminium, sold in 2mt lengths with components for joining, glazing and fitting sold separately. The system is designed to complement the range of clear or coloured decorative panels, available from most D.I.Y. stores. Cut lengths of aluminium are joined with tough ABS push fit connectors that also cover the cut ends to give a professional look on completion (we can't all cut straight lines can we). Once assembled the decorative glazing panels are sealed & secured with a PVC glazing bead, a push fit water seal can be fitted around the doors and frame where required.

A new service is available to help those who do not feel confident in building this system from scratch. ASPEC will cut to length all aluminium, assemble all top & bottom components, leaving you only the uprights (these are completely reversible) to connect and select the glazing panels of your choice. An assembly plan and sizes of decorative sheeting required is also supplied.
